Café Tinto y Carretera

$49,000

From the farm to the thermos, no middlemen

I. The origin — smallholder farms in the Coffee Axis and southwestern Antioquia

We don't buy bagged coffee from a broker. We buy directly from smallholder farmers in Colombia's Coffee Axis and southwestern Antioquia — the same region our motorcycle routes cross. Every lot is chosen by cup quality, not price, and every harvest carries the name of the farm it came from.

II. The roast — small batches, our own profile

We roast it ourselves, in small batches, with a profile built for a thermos rather than a city espresso bar: high body, low acidity, sweetness that survives hours on the road and several changes in altitude. Every roast is cupped before it goes to production.

III. The ritual — the thermos that's never missing on the road

It all started with a thermos shared on the shoulder of a backcountry road. That gesture is still the center of it: on every expedition, the coffee travels in a thermos, poured into shared cups, and becomes the pause where a group of strangers turns into a racing team.
